Chelsea star Sam Kerr has thanked Arsenal forward Stina Blackstenius for her role in helping the Blues win the Women's Super League title.

Chelsea managed to give Emma Hayes the perfect farewell gift with the 6-0 win over Man Utd and also their fifth-straight WSL title win. Hayes will now depart the club after 12 years with the Blues as she joins the USWNT as their head coach.
The Blues will now begin their search for Hayes' replacement as they start their preparations for the post-Hayes era, hoping to win their sixth-straight league title.
